LIMITED 3 YEAR WARRANTY

Cold Clean, Inc. warrants that all labor, materials and taxes will be paid for, and there will be no potential lien claimants upon the completion of the work and final payment by the Customer.

All work will be performed in a commercially reasonable manner and will be performed to industry standards or better.

Cold Clean, Inc. will promptly return to the project and repair or replaces, as necessary, and edfect in workmanship at Cold Clean, Inc.'s sole expense.

Cold Clean, Inc.'s warranty period is 3 years from the date on the Microbial Testing and Clearance Report. Any warranty claim of the customer shall accrue only during this 3 year period. The warranty is void if a person or firm other than Cold Clean, Inc. performs or re-performs any work within the scope of this agreement.

This warranty is given in lieu of any express or implied warranty otherwise provided under the laws of Idaho, including the warranties of fitness, merchantability or habitability.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

1. Mold caused by Internal Water Damage (broken or leaking water pipes) - This is usually covered in homeowners insurance

2. Mold caused by Water Infiltration from Ground Water

3. Mold caused by Sprinkler System malfunction or leak

4. Mold caused by Poor Ventilation (closing off the foundation vents)

5. Mold caused by Debris left in the crawlspace - Your crawlspace will be free of debris after the Mold Remediation Service

6. Mold caused by Builder or other Sub-Contractor Errors

7. Mold caused by Dryer Vents which have come unattached

8. Mold caused by any Rain Gutter Drainage issue
