WATER DAMAGE is broken up into three categories: clean water, gray water, and black water. If left uncleaned, all can lead to serious problems including mold growth, structural damage, and personal belonging loss.

Clean water is usually unharmful to your health, and is usually the result of an excessive rain leak, or a pipe on your property bursting.

Gray water damage is a leak in which there is at least some level of contamination in the problem water. Places gray water damage is commonly sourced are dishwashers, washing machines, or overflowing toilets. In these instances, problem areas will require an antimicrobial treatment to fully eliminate any risks to your home and your health.

Black water damage is the third and most severe category. This is generally caused from flooding or sewer line breakage. This water is extremely volatile to your health, and if left untreated will create and grow more problems.
